Covenant to Keep Trust Property Separate. If Xxxxxxx’s spouse, XXXXXX XXXXXX XXXXX, predeceases her, then, with regard to all Trust Property which exists as of the date of the death of Xxxxxxx’s spouse or which is received by the Trustee from the estate of the Settlor’s spouse, Settlor covenants and agrees that, for the remainder of her life, (a) no marital property which may accrue during the course of a subsequent marriage of the Settlor shall be commingled with any such Trust Property, and (b) no person other than the Settlor and the children or other descendants of the Settlor shall have or come to have any beneficial interest in any such Trust Property.
