Covenant to List on Exchange. If the Notes are to be distributed to the holders of Trust Preferred Securities or to the holders of the Company Preferred Securities if no Trust Preferred Securities are outstanding, as described in Section 204(c), the Company will, if the Notes are not already so listed, use its best efforts to list such Notes on the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. or on such other exchange as the Trust Preferred Securities or the Company Preferred Securities, as the case may be, are then listed.
