Listing on Exchange. If the Notes are distributed to the holders of the Preferred Securities upon a Dissolution Event, the Company will use its best efforts to list such Notes on the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. or on such other national securities exchange or with the Nasdaq Stock Market or such other organization as the Preferred Securities are then listed.
Listing on Exchange. If the Company lists its Common Stock on any national securities exchange, the Company shall, if requested by the Investor, promptly use its reasonable best efforts to cause the Senior Subordinated Securities to be approved for listing on a national securities exchange as promptly as practicable following such request.
Listing on Exchange. The Company agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts (including the payment of any listing fees) to obtain the listing of all Registrable Shares covered by the registration statement on each securities exchange on which securities of the same class are then listed.
Listing on Exchange. If the Subordinated Debentures are to be issued as a Global Security in connection with the distribution of the Subordinated Debentures to the holders of the Preferred Securities issued by the Trust upon the dissolution of the Trust, the Company will use its best efforts to list such Subordinated Debentures on the American Stock Exchange or on such other exchange as the Preferred Securities are then listed.
Listing on Exchange. If the Notes are to be issued as a global Security in connection with the distribution of the Notes to the holders of the Preferred Securities upon a Dissolution Event, the Company will use its best efforts to list such Notes on the New York Stock Exchange or on such other exchange as the Preferred Securities are then listed.

If the Debentures are distributed to the holders of the Preferred Securities upon a Dissolution Event, the Company will use its best efforts to list such Debentures on the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. or on such other national securities exchange or with the Nasdaq Stock Market or such other organization as the Preferred Securities are then listed.
Listing on Exchange. The Issuer and Citibank will have used their best efforts to cause the Notes to be approved for listing on the European Exchange, if applicable, as soon as practicable after the Closing Date.
Listing on Exchange. If at any time the Common Units shall be listed on any national securities exchange or automated quotation system, the Partnership shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause to be listed, and keep listed (so long as the Common Units shall be so listed on such exchange or automated quotation system) any Common Units issuable upon exercise of the Warrants.
Listing on Exchange. The Reorganized Debtors shall use their reasonable best efforts to cause the New ABH Common Stock to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange, the NASDAQ Global Market or NASDAQ Global Select Market and the Toronto Stock Exchange.
