From the date hereof through the Closing Date, Seller shall cause Company to, and Company shall, carry on its business and Company shall cause each Subsidiary to carry on each of its business, substantially in the manner in which they are presently conducted and, without the prior written consent of Buyer, not to undertake any of the actions specified in Section 2.10.
