Covenants and Representations by Plaintiff. Plaintiff represents and warrants that he has not assigned or transferred, or purported to assign or transfer, to any person or entity, any claim or portion thereof, or interest therein, which is or may be subject to this Settlement. Plaintiff acknowledges that he has read this Settlement, that he fully understands his rights, privileges and duties under the Settlement, and enters into this Settlement freely and voluntarily. Plaintiff further acknowledges that he had the opportunity to consult with his attorneys to explain the terms of this Settlement and the consequences of signing this Settlement.
