Covenants from PEÑOLES. PEÑOLES will pay for all Notary Public and Public Registry related expenses incurred in connection with the formalization of this Agreement as a public deed and its subsequent recording at the CONCESSIONS files in the Public Registry, including the delivery to XXXXXX of a simple copy of the corresponding public deed and of a certified copy of the relevant recording certificates. The same will be applicable for the formalization and recording of the Purchase Price Payment Minutes. Each party will bear and pay for its own legal costs associated with the negotiation and execution of this Agreement.
