Public Registry. 4.2.1 A public registry will be maintained during the course of the review in a manner that provides for convenient public access. The registry will meet the purposes of compliance with sections 55, 55.1 and 55.4 of the Act and the Board’s requirement to maintain a record of the Board’s public hearing process for the project.

  • Abuse Registry The Contractor agrees not to employ any individual, use any volunteer, or otherwise provide reimbursement to any individual in the performance of services connected with this agreement, who provides care, custody, treatment, transportation, or supervision to children or vulnerable adults if there is a substantiation of abuse or neglect or exploitation against that individual. The Contractor will check the Adult Abuse Registry in the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living. Unless the Contractor holds a valid child care license or registration from the Division of Child Development, Department for Children and Families, the Contractor shall also check the Central Child Protection Registry. (See 33 V.S.A. §4919(a)(3) & 33 V.S.A. §6911(c)(3)).

  • Registry Borrower hereby designates Lender to serve as Borrower’s agent, and Lender hereby designates Servicer to serve as its agent, solely for purposes of this Section 9.7, to maintain at one of its offices a copy of each Assignment and Acceptance delivered to it and a register for the recordation of the names and addresses of each Assignee, and the principal amount of the Loan (or portions thereof) owing to, each Lender pursuant to the terms hereof and the Note Sales Agreement from time to time (the “Register”). Failure to make any such recordation, or any error in such recordation shall not affect Borrower’s obligations in respect of the Loan. With respect to any Noteholder, the transfer of the rights to the principal of, and interest on, its interest in the Loan and a Note shall not be effective until such transfer is recorded on the Register maintained by Servicer with respect to ownership of such Loan and a Note and prior to such recordation all amounts owing to the transferor with respect to such Note shall remain owing to the transferor. The registration of a transfer of all or part of the Loan and a Note shall be recorded by Servicer on the Register only upon the acceptance by Servicer of a properly executed and delivered Assignment and Acceptance by the assignor and assignee. Such Register shall be available for inspection by Borrower from time to time. At the assigning Noteholder’s option, concurrently with the delivery of an Assignment and Acceptance pursuant to which an interest of such Noteholder in the Loan and Note was assigned to such Assignee, the assigning Noteholder shall surrender to Borrower its Note, if any, evidencing the portion of the Loan corresponding to the interest so transferred and Borrower shall deliver to Noteholder one or more new promissory notes in the same aggregate principal amount issued to the assigning Noteholder and/or the Assignee.

  • Public Record That this Agreement shall become public upon the Effective Date.

  • NERC Registration If and to the extent any of the NTO’s facilities are NERC jurisdictional facilities, the ISO will register for certain NERC functions applicable to those NTO facilities. Such functions may include, without limitation, those functions designated by NERC to be “Reliability Coordinator” and “Balancing Authority” and “Transmission Planner” and “Planning Coordinator.” The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith the compliance obligations for the NERC functions applicable to, and to be performed by, each Party with respect to the NTO’s facilities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the ISO shall register for the “Transmission Operator” function for all NTO Transmission Facilities under ISO Operational Control identified in Appendix A-1 of this Agreement.

  • Sex Offender Registry Pursuant to law, information about specified registered sex offenders is made available to the public. Tenant understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for obtaining any and all information contained in the state or national sex offender registry for the area surrounding the Premises, which can be obtained online or from the local sheriff’s department or other appropriate law enforcement officials. Depending on an offender’s criminal history, this information will include either the address at which the offender resides or the community of residence and zip code in which he or she resides.

  • Department of State Registration Consistent with Title XXXVI, F.S., the Contractor and any subcontractors that assert status, other than a sole proprietor, must provide the Department with conclusive evidence of a certificate of status, not subject to qualification, if a Florida business entity, or of a certificate of authorization if a foreign business entity.

  • Domain Name Registration If Customer submits a Service Order(s) for domain name registration services, the following terms shall also apply:

  • DIR Registration California Labor Code Section 1725.5 requires the Contractor and all subcontractors performing Public Works services to be currently registered with the DIR, as specified in California Labor Code Section 1725.5. California Labor Code Section 1771.1 provides that a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal (subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the California Public Contract Code), or engage in the performance of any contract for Public Work, unless currently registered and qualified to perform Public Work in accordance with California Labor Code Section 1725.5. Further information can be found on DIR’s website at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/Public-Works/Contractors.html. The above summary is provided solely for informational purposes and does not in any way affect the Contractor’s and subcontractors’ obligation to comply in all respects with all other applicable laws and regulations. The Contractor shall disseminate these provisions to all subcontractors. Before the performance of work by Contractor or any subcontractor(s) under this Contract, Contractor shall furnish Contractor’s and any subcontractors’ current DIR registration number(s). The Contractor’s current DIR registration number and the current DIR registration number of all subcontractors will be listed on the Subcontractor and LBE Participation Verification Form, incorporated herein.

  • Public Records Taxpayer acknowledges that GO-Biz is subject to the California Public Records Act (PRA) (Gov. Code, § 6250 et seq.). This Agreement and materials submitted by Taxpayer to GO-Biz may be subject to a PRA request. In such an event, GO-Biz will notify Taxpayer, as soon as practicable that a PRA request for Taxpayer’s information has been received, but not less than five (5) business days prior to the release of the requested information to allow Taxpayer to seek an injunction. GO-Biz will work in good faith with Taxpayer to protect the information to the extent an exemption is provided by law, including, but not limited to, notes, drafts, proprietary information, financial information, and trade secret information. GO-Biz will also apply the “balancing test” as provided for under Government Code section 6255, to the extent applicable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, GO-Biz agrees that any information provided to GO-Biz by the FTB, in connection with this Agreement will be treated as confidential tax information protected by Article 2 (commencing with Section 19542) of Chapter 7 of Part 10.2 of the RTC, assuming that FTB can rely on such a section and shall not be disclosed to any party, other than personnel of GO-Biz or the Committee, without Taxpayer’s prior written consent. Taxpayer acknowledges that this Agreement in whole or in part will be made available to the public at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the Committee hearing. Pursuant to RTC sections 17059.2 and 23689, in the event of approval by the Committee of this Agreement, Taxpayer acknowledges and agrees that GO-Biz will post on its website the following information:
