Common use of Covenants of Agency Clause in Contracts

Covenants of Agency. (a) Agency agrees not to make any false or misleading statements concerning the Company, including, but not limited to, the Company's business services, performance, commitments and fees, and Agency understands that any such statement shall constitute a breach of this Agreement which, in the sole discretion of the Company, is cause for immediate termination thereof.
