Common use of Coverage A - Bodily Injury Liability Clause in Contracts

Coverage A - Bodily Injury Liability. To pay on behalf of the Insured all sums which the Insured shall become legally obligated to pay as compensatory damages because of bodily injury arising out of the use of the insured premises and all operations necessary or incidental thereto.

To pay on behalf of the Insured insured all sums which the Insured insured shall become legally obligated to pay as compensatory damages because of bodily injury arising out of the use of the insured premises injury, sickness or disease, including death at any time resulting therefrom, sustained by any person and all operations necessary or incidental theretocaused by accident.
