Coverage Under Agreement Clause Samples
The "Coverage Under Agreement" clause defines the specific scope and extent of protection, services, or obligations provided by the agreement. It typically outlines what is included or excluded under the contract, such as which parties, activities, or items are covered and any relevant limitations or conditions. For example, in an insurance contract, this clause would detail the types of losses or events that are insured. Its core practical function is to clearly delineate the boundaries of the agreement’s applicability, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes about what is or is not covered.
