In the event the Executive becomes covered as a primary insured (that is, not as a beneficiary under a spouse’s or partner’s plan) under another employer’s group health plan during the period provided for herein, the Executive promptly shall inform the Company and the Company shall cease provision of continued group health insurance for the Executive and any dependents.
