Covered Facilities. PeaceHealth St. ▇▇▇▇ Medical Center (“Employer”) consists of an acute care facility at the Employer’s Delaware and Broadway campus locations and out-patient medical clinics operated by PeaceHealth Medical Group (“Medical Group”) and laboratories operated within these facilities in Longview, Washington. These entities are referred to collectively herein as the “Employer”.
Covered Facilities. The U.S. Delegation made the following statement on May 20, 1972: I wish to emphasize the importance that the United States attaches to the provisions of Article V,including in particular their application to fitting out or berthing submarines.
