Common use of Covered Persons Training Clause in Contracts

Covered Persons Training. Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Indivior shall develop a written plan (Training Plan) that outlines the steps Indivior will take to ensure that: (a) all Covered Persons receive at least annual training regarding Indivior’s CIA requirements and compliance program, and (b) all Covered Persons who engage in Covered Functions receive at least annual training regarding: (i) all applicable Federal health care program and FDA requirements relating to Covered Functions and (ii) all Indivior Policies and Procedures and other requirements applicable to Covered Functions. The Training Plan shall include information regarding the following: training topics, categories of Covered Persons and required to attend each training session, length of the training session(s), schedule for training, and format of the training. Indivior shall furnish training to its Covered Persons pursuant to the Training Plan during each Reporting Period.

The Training Plan shall include information regarding the following: training topics, categories of Covered Persons and required to attend each training session, length of the training session(s), schedule for training, and format of the training. The Training Plan shall include information regarding the following: training topics, categories of Covered Persons and required to attend each training session, length of the training session(s), schedule for training, and format of the training. Indivior Insys shall furnish training to its Covered Persons pursuant to the Training Plan during each Reporting Period.. This training may be conducted by an outside compliance expert.‌

The Training Plan shall include information regarding the following: training topics, categories of Covered Persons and required to attend each training session, length of the training session(s), schedule for training, and format of the training. The Training Plan shall include information regarding the following: training topics, categories of Covered Persons and required to attend each training session, length of the training session(s), schedule for training, and format of the training. Indivior Merit shall furnish training to its Covered Persons pursuant to the Training Plan during each Reporting Period.. ​
