Covering Agreement. 13.9.4.1 When it is desired to establish a joint appointment, the employee and the two heads or Deans concerned shall draft an agreement on the nature and extent of the employee's involvement with the secondary unit and the extent to which the employee shall participate in its meetings or committees in order that work performed in both units is considered in the assignment of duties and the assessment of the employee in collegial processes.
