CRASH REVIEW DISPOSITION. A. The Crash Review Board shall present its finding in writing to the Chief of Police, through its elected spokesperson, regarding the cause of the accident. Utilizing all records and resources available, the board will endeavor to provide a fair and impartial account of the accident to the Chief of Police to assist in the decision regarding the crash.
