CREATION AND RETENTION OF RECORDS. A. The Contractor must maintain all records, (written, electronic or otherwise) documenting compliance with the requirements of this Contract and its attachments, and with state and federal law, relating to performance, monetary expenditures and finances during the term of this Contract and for 8 years after its completion date. The obligation to maintain records required by this paragraph survives the termination or expiration of this Contract.
