Creation, Collection, Maintenance and Disposition of Records. a. The Chair, on behalf of the Board, is responsible for ensuring that a system is in place for the creation, collection, maintenance and disposal of records. b. The Board, through the Chair, is responsible for ensuring that the Agency complies with all legislation, Applicable Government Directives and policies related to information and records management. c. The CEO, the Chair and the Board shall protect the legal, fiscal and other interests of the Agency by implementing reasonable measures to ensure the ongoing viability, integrity, preservation and security of all official records created, commissioned or acquired by the Agency.
