Common use of Creation of Digital Replica Clause in Contracts

Creation of Digital Replica. The Employer must notify the Performer at the earlier of the audition or the job offer if it will create a Digital Replica of the Performer, or a blend of more than one performer, and shall obtain the Informed Consent of the Performer. Any time spent by the performer in connection with creating the Digital Replica shall be treated as work time, and is not creditable against use.
