Creation of Security Information. At the time you enroll for Digital Banking, you will be asked to identify a unique Username and Password combination (“Security Information”). Your use of your Security Information shall have the same effect as your signature to authorize instructions you provide to us. You also agree to comply with such other security and authentication techniques as we may require from time to time to access your Accounts and other services through Digital Banking. We may also require additional security procedures to initiate certain transactions. These additional security procedures may require special hardware, software, or third-party services. We may also require the use or activation of specific Internet browser software features, plug-ins, and add-ons, such as “cookies”, in order to utilize Digital Banking. Finally, we may acquire detailed information concerning the computer or Mobile Device you use to access Digital Banking, including unique internal and network identifiers for your computer(s), in order to enhance and facilitate secure access to Digital Banking.

Your use of your Security Information shall have the same effect as your signature to authorize instructions you provide to us. You also agree to comply with such other security and authentication techniques as we may require from time to time to access your Accounts and the Online Banking Services through CU Online. We may also require additional security procedures to initiate certain transactions. These additional security procedures may require special hardware, software or third-party services. We may also require the use or activation of specific Internet browser software features, plug-ins and add-ons, such as JavaScript support and "cookies", in order to utilize CU Online. Finally, we may acquire detailed information concerning the computer or computers you use to access CU Online, including unique internal and network identifiers for your computer(s), in order to enhance and facilitate secure access to CU Online.

Your Password must be a minimum of eight (8) characters, up to a maximum of 11 characters, which must consist of at least two (2) numeric characters, plus alpha characters (case sensitive). You will be able to change your Password periodically to enhance security. For Commercial Banking Business Accounts: Commercial Banking Business Accounts can have multiple Authorized Representatives. Each Authorized Representative will need to create a Username and Password. The Password will need to be a minimum of eight (8) characters, have at least two (2) numbers and is case sensitive. A temporary Password will be setup and the system will prompt you to change the password the first time you log in. Under special circumstances, an approved Commercial Banking Business Account customer may receive assigned token(s) and/or additional Passwords for access.

In connection with the issuance of the Securities to such Purchaser, neither the Placement Agent nor any of its Affiliates has acted as a financial advisor or fiduciary to such Purchaser.

  • Access to Records – Files; Confidential Information Contractor shall maintain all books, documents, papers and records relating to the Agreement for at least seven years following completion of the project. Contractor shall maintain any other records pertinent to this Agreement in such a manner as to clearly document Contractor’s performance. City, state and federal government, and their duly authorized representatives shall have access to the books, documents, papers and records of the Contractor which are directly pertinent to the specific Agreement for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts and transcript. Contractor agrees that all files or other documents generated or in the possession of Contractor related to Contractor's delivery of service are the property of the City and shall be available to the City upon request. Contractor understands the nature of project/projects means that Contractor may be privy to information that is confidential, proprietary or sensitive in nature, which information shall not be disclosed to any third person or entity without the consent of the City of Bend or at the City's direction, either during the term of this Agreement or after its termination. Likewise, any analysis or commentary provided by Contractor of a confidential or sensitive nature shall not be released or disclosed to any person without the consent or direction of the City.

  • WHO WILL BE MADE AWARE OF THE INFORMATION DISCLOSED ON THE SPR AND ANY UPDATES? The information disclosed on the SPR and any updates will be a public record as defined by Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and therefore may be inspected by any interested person. Also, the information will be made available to the Mayor and the BCC members. This information will accompany the other information for the principal’s project or item.
