Credit Agreement Reporting. Copies of the (A) information required under Sections 5.01(i) and 5.12 of the Xxxx Credit Agreement, (B) documentation required under and relating to each Milestone (as defined in the Xxxx Credit Agreement) under Section 5.14 of the Xxxx Credit Agreement and (C) any other reports, forecasts and information required to be furnished or delivered under the Xxxx Credit Agreement; provided, however, that, other than in the case of clause (B) above, the foregoing shall only be delivered hereunder to the extent the same has been delivered to the administrative agent under the Xxxx Credit Agreement (after giving effect to any waivers or extensions of the requirements thereof).
Credit Agreement Reporting. Unless separately provided pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, Provider will furnish to the Agent copies of the (A) information required under Sections 5.01(i) and 5.12 of the Xxxx Credit Agreement, (B) documentation required under and relating to each Milestone under Section 5.14 of the Xxxx Credit Agreement and (C) any other reports, forecasts and information required to be furnished or delivered under the Xxxx Credit Agreement, but in each case (other than in the case of clause (B) above) only to the extent the same has been provided to the administrative agent under the Xxxx Credit Agreement (after giving effect to any extension or waiver provided thereunder).
Credit Agreement Reporting. Within thirty (30) days after the end of each month, Counterparty shall deliver to BMO a copy of the borrowing base certificate delivered by the Counterparty to the Lender pursuant to the Credit Agreement, together with all schedules attached thereto, prepared by and certified by the chief financial officer or the corporate controller of the Counterparty.
