Common use of Credit Balance Clause in Contracts

Credit Balance. You may not maintain a credit balance in excess of your credit limit. We will return to you any credit amount over $1.00 if the amount has been on your account longer than six months. You may request a refund of a credit balance at any time. We may reduce the amount of any credit balance by the amount of new charges billed to your account. For each purchase made in a foreign currency, we add to your account an additional fee of 3.0 of the amount of the purchase after its conversion into U.S. dollars.
