CREDIT CARD AUTHORITY. 21.1 Mighty shall be entitled to retain and the Customer hereby authorises Mighty to retain, the details of the credit card provided by the Customer in connection with a rental booking (“Credit Card”) in accordance with the Mighty Privacy Policy and to take any action to recover from the Credit Card the amounts due by the Customer pursuant to this Agreement.
