CREDIT CARD AUTHORITY. 23.1 Xxxxx shall be entitled to retain the details of the credit card provided by the Customer in connection with a booking (“Credit Card”) in accordance with the Xxxxx Privacy Policy and to take any action to recover from the Credit Card the amounts due by the Customer pursuant to this Agreement.
