CREDIT CARD AUTHORITY. 26.1 Britz shall be entitled to retain and the Customer hereby authorises Xxxxx to retain, the details of the credit or debit card provided by the Customer in connection with a rental booking (“Credit Card”) in accordance with the Xxxxx Privacy Policy and to take any action to recover from the Credit Card the amounts due by the Customer pursuant to this Agreement.
