Common use of Credit Criteria Clause in Contracts

Credit Criteria. The Bank, in its sole discretion, may, and the Client hereby authorizes the Bank to, perform credit reviews of the Client in accordance with the Bank’s credit criteria. The Client shall, upon the Bank’s request, provide the Bank with any credit-related information and assistance as the Bank may require in performing any such review. The Client agrees to provide the Bank with financial statements or other information regarding the Client’s financial condition upon the Bank’s request.
