Credit Documents Unaffected. Except as herein otherwise specifically provided, all provisions of the Credit Agreement and the Credit Documents shall remain in full force and effect and be unaffected hereby.

Credit Agreement Unaffected Each reference to the Credit Agreement or in any other Loan Document shall hereafter be construed as a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby. Except as herein otherwise specifically provided, all provisions of the Credit Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and be unaffected hereby. This Amendment is a Loan Document.
Loan Documents, etc Each of the Loan Documents shall have been duly executed and delivered by the respective parties thereto, shall be in full force and effect and shall be in form and substance satisfactory to each of the Lenders. Each Lender shall have received a fully executed copy of each such document.

Modification of Loan Documents, etc Neither the Administrative Agent nor any other Secured Party shall incur any liability to any Guarantor as a result of any of the following, and none of the following shall impair or release this Guaranty or any of the obligations of any Guarantor under this Guaranty:
Facility Documents Terminate, amend or otherwise modify any Facility Document or the Master Agency Agreement, or grant any waiver or consent thereunder, except in accordance with the terms thereof.
Invalidity of Loan Documents Any Loan Document, at any time after its execution and delivery and for any reason other than as expressly permitted hereunder or thereunder or satisfaction in full of all the Obligations, ceases to be in full force and effect; or any Loan Party or any other Person contests in any manner the validity or enforceability of any Loan Document; or any Loan Party denies that it has any or further liability or obligation under any Loan Document, or purports to revoke, terminate or rescind any Loan Document; or
Amendment as Loan Document This Amendment shall constitute a Loan Document.

Enforceability of Loan Documents This Agreement is, and each other Loan Document to which any Loan Party is or will be a party, when delivered hereunder, will be, a legal, valid and binding obligation of such Person, enforceable against such Person in accordance with its terms, except as enforceability may be limited by applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or other similar laws affecting the enforcement of creditors’ rights generally and by general principles of equity.
