CREDIT FOR EXTERNAL FUNDING. One of the IDA's primary objectives under this Agreement is to support the development of Innovation Place fill-line operation as an incubator for business and manufacturing in Xxxxxx County, Florida. Procuring external funding independent from XXX/EDA funding directly benefits the County. External funding that results in additional capital investment or job creation may be used to accelerate reduction in the remuneration obligation as set forth in Exhibit B.
