Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.
VACANCIES, TERM POSITIONS AND NEW POSITIONS 3001 Subject to section 3002 herein, the Employer agrees to post notices of vacant, term or new positions covered under this Agreement for at least seven (7) days to enable nurses presently in the employ of the Employer to apply for same. Such posting shall not preclude the Employer from advertising outside the site premises. All postings shall state minimum qualifications required, the equivalent to full-time (E.F.T.) and date of closing of the competition. Leave With Pay for Family-Related Responsibilities (a) For the purpose of this clause, family is defined as spouse (or common-law spouse resident with the employee), dependent children (including xxxxxx children and children of legal or common-law spouse), parents (including stepparents or xxxxxx parents), or any relative residing in the employee's household or with whom the employee permanently resides.
Compensation for Services You may be eligible to receive compensation for providing certain services in respect of Shares of the Funds if you meet the requirements of and enter into a Dealer Services Agreement with American Funds Service Company.
Application for Service (a) You must comply with any application form or process we specify.
Leave of Absence for College Committees An employee whose assigned work schedule would prevent her/him from attending meetings of a college committee to which s/he has been elected or appointed, will be granted a leave of absence from her/his regular duties without loss of pay or other entitlements to attend such meeting(s). Where such leave is granted, the employer will replace the employee as necessary. Costs arising from this provision will not be charged against the program area of the participating employee.
Service Jointly Provisioned with an Independent Company or Competitive Local Exchange Company Areas 4.5.1 BellSouth will in some instances provision resold services in accordance with the General Subscriber Services Tariff and Private Line Tariffs jointly with an Independent Company or other Competitive Local Exchange Carrier.

Termination in the Event of Financial Difficulties If the HSP makes an assignment, proposal, compromise, or arrangement for the benefit of creditors, or is petitioned into bankruptcy, or files for the appointment of a receiver the Funder will consult with the Director before determining whether this Agreement will be terminated. If the Funder terminates this Agreement because a person has exercised a security interest as contemplated by section 107 of the Act, the Funder would expect to enter into a service accountability agreement with the person exercising the security interest or the receiver or other agent acting on behalf of that person where the person has obtained the Director's approval under section 110 of the Act and has met all other relevant requirements of Applicable Law.
