Common use of Credit for service outside Clause in Contracts

Credit for service outside. the District shall be allowed on the salary schedule at the rate of one (1) step for each one (1) year up to fifteen (15) years of prior service. Credit will be given for service performed under credential at a private school accredited by National Private Schools Association. The unit member will be responsible for providing verification of service and accreditation. (This section shall result in no retroactive adjustment in salary. The new step to 15 will begin July 1, 2018)
