Credit Inquiries Financial Examination and Inspections. A. Credit Inquiries. Xxxxxxxx authorizes Bank to make credit inquiries considered necessary in order to review the acceptance and continuation of this Agreement. This authority is granted to Bank at any time during which Merchant owes any obligation to Bank and may survive the term of the Agreement.
