Credit of Leave. Full-time employees who have been in pay status for eighty (80) non- overtime hours in a calendar month, including holidays, shall be credited monthly with annual and sick leave. One (1) day in a pay status each month is necessary to retain insurance benefits (i.e., day of work, annual leave, sick leave, etc.).
