Aviation and Executive Protection. A. Employees assigned to the Aviation and Executive Protection sections shall have hours of work consistent with the provisions of Sections 12.1 through 12.5 and Subsection 12.6 A of this Article. Subsection 12.6 B shall not apply to these employees, provided the Employer makes all reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of schedule changes.
B. The use of contract pilots to perform bargaining unit work is a mandatory subject of bargaining, and the Employer will not use contract pilots unless and until the bargaining obligation required by RCW 41.56 is met.
