  • Credit Reports Borrower authorizes Lender to obtain a credit report on Borrower at any time.

  • CREDIT REPORTING For each Mortgage Loan, the Company shall accurately and fully furnish, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and its implementing regulations, accurate and complete information on its borrower credit files to each of the following credit repositories: Equifax Credit Information Services, Inc., TransUnion, LLC and Experian Information Solution, Inc. on a monthly basis.

  • Audit Reports promptly upon receipt thereof, one copy of each other financial report and internal control letter submitted to the Company by independent accountants in connection with any annual, interim or special audit made by them of the books of the Company.

  • Audit Report Audits will be conducted as provided by the Single Audit Act Amendments of 1996 and OMB Circular A-133. The Department of Justice and Department of the Treasury reserve the right to conduct periodic random audits.   • Continuing Disclosure The Creditor may be required to provide you with regular statements. The statements will give you information about your account. Statements will be provided every six months if required. What Could Happen if You Fail to Meet Your Commitments: Security interestThe Creditor has an interest in the property listed below to secure performance of your obligations under the contract, or the payment of money payable under the contract, or both. If you fail to meet your commitments under the contract, including by granting a security interest over this property to another person, then to the extent of the security interest, the Creditor may be entitled to repossess and sell this property.   • IDENTIFYING INFORMATION AND PRIVACY NOTIFICATION (a) FEDERAL EMPLOYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER and/or FEDERAL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. As a condition to NYSERDA’s obligation to pay any invoices submitted by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, Contractor shall provide to NYSERDA its Federal employer identification number or Federal social security number, or both such numbers when the Contractor has both such numbers. Where the Contractor does not have such number or numbers, the Contractor must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.
