Audit Reports definition

Audit Reports means PROS’ most recently completed SOC1 and SOC2 audit reports, or comparable industry-standard successor reports, prepared by PROS’ independent third-party auditor.

More Definitions of Audit Reports

Audit Reports has the meaning given in Section 5.4.4.

No update will materially decrease the protections provided by the controls set forth in the applicable Audit Report during the Term.
