Credit reporting on Agent. At NATM’s request, Agent shall authorize NATM to investigate individual credit bureau reports on each of Agent’s principals and Sales Persons which shall include any person directly or indirectly owning ten percent (10%) or more of Agent, any persons collectively directly or indirectly owning ten percent (10%) or more of Agent, any officer or director of Agent, any person actively participating in the control of Agent’s business and any spouse of any of the foregoing.
