CREDIT BUREAU. For the purpose of assessing your creditworthiness as a borrower or surety, you also authorise:
13.2.1. us to obtain information relating to you from any Bureau and consent to such Bureau disclosing information about you to us, and
13.2.2. the Bureau to disclose information about you obtained from us to its members or subscribers and/or compliance committees. Our authority, and the Bureau’s authority, to disclose such information shall survive the termination to this Agreement.
CREDIT BUREAU. If I do not pay the loan as agreed, The Regents may, at their option, disclose the delinquent status of my loan and any other relevant information to credit bureau organizations.
CREDIT BUREAU. 12.1 In order to comply with the applicable laws and regulations and for the purposes of (i) getting my /our personal information, (ii) managing my / our account(s) and the transactions entered into by me / us and (iii) executing any product or service subscribed by me / us including but not limited to finances and credit cards, I / We hereby irrevocably and unconditionally agree, consent and authorize the Bank, its subsidiaries, agents and bank’s third party service providers, and any others as the Bank may deem appropriate and at its sole and absolute discretion, to:
a) Collect, seek, obtain, confirm and keep updated all information relating to me/us including but not limited to my/our personal details, details of my/our accounts, statements, finances, current and previous credit card, banking transactions, repayment history and any default (the ”Information”),
b) Disclose and exchange the Information with any government authority and/or quasi government authority and/or private entities, including but not limited to Al Etihad Credit Bureau, or any other third party. CREDIT BUREAU. You agree that we and any of our officers, employees, agents, contractors or service providers (being iCIMB (MSC) Sdn Bhd and such other contractors and service providers as we may notify you from time to time) may from time to time obtain and exchange information about you from any third party (whether a credit bureau or otherwise and wherever situated), verify and use the information obtained and to further disclose such obtained information to any third party for the purpose of assessing your creditworthiness and such other purposes set out in Clause 14.1(b). You also agree that a credit bureau may use and further disclose to other third parties, information about you obtained from us and any of our officers, employees, agents, contractors or service providers (being iCIMB (MSC) Sdn Bhd and such other contractors and service providers as we may notify you from time to time). Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, you authorise:
(i) us and any of our officers, employees, agents, contractors or service providers (being iCIMB (MSC) Sdn Bhd and such other contractors and service providers as we may notify you from time to time) to carry out the credit card approving process, to perform credit checks with any party including any credit bureau from time to time, to obtain information relating to you (including particulars of your accounts, details of the amounts owing and other credit background information) from any source including any credit bureau and consent to such source (including any credit bureau) disclosing information about you to us and any of our officers, employees, agents, contractors or service providers (being iCIMB (MSC) Sdn Bhd and such other contractors and service providers as we may notify you from time to time),
(ii) us and any of our officers, employees, agents, contractors or service providers (being iCIMB (MSC) Sdn Bhd and such other contractors and service providers as we may notify you from time to time) to use and disclose information about you (without limitation, to further disclose such information about you that we may obtain from a credit bureau) to any third party, including any credit bureau, its members or subscribers and/or compliance committees including its member banks or financial institutions, and

CREDIT BUREAU. We may have obtained a credit report on you in connection with your application from Equifax Canada or Trans Union of Canada Inc. 2.2 The Purchaser understands that it may at any time contact any credit bureau and request that its consumer credit information be disclosed to it. The purchaser may further challenge any information held by the credit bureau that it believes to be incorrect.
2.3 The Seller may also provide the Purchaser’s confidential and consumer credit information and buying patterns to associated companies and to any party concerned with fraud and the prevention of and protection against crime
2.4 The Purchaser understands that in terms of the South African Money Laundering Legislation, the Seller has a duty to report suspicious or unusual transactions involving unlawful activities in accordance with the obligations placed on businesses in this regards.

We may have obtained a credit report on you in connection with Member Account application from Equifax Canada Inc. or TransUnion of Canada Inc., these inquires would be a soft or hard inquiry based upon the type of account opening and we may obtain further reports about you during the length of this agreement. This report may contain information about you such as information establishing your identity (e.g. name, date of birth, and contact information), information related to your transactions with other institutions, and information about your financial and credit history. We use this information for the purposes of preventing fraud, ensuring your suitability and eligibility for certain products including pre-approved products and for other reasons as described in section 1.7 below or in our Privacy Statement. You acknowledge and agree that we may obtain, from time to time during the term of our relationship with you, a credit report on you containing information establishing your identity (e.g. name, date of birth, and contact information), information related to your transactions with other institutions, and information about your financial and credit history from any credit reporting agency, in connection with your opening or holding an Account and on an annual or more frequent basis as we deem necessary, in order to satisfy ourselves that you would be able to pay for overdrafts or other credit amounts owed to DUCA. CREDIT BUREAU. 3.32.1. The credit bureau shall provide a credit profile of each Customer which will be shared with other credit providers. The Customer has the right to contact the credit bureau, have the record disclosed and correct inaccurate information.
3.32.2. The Lender shall give the Customer at least 20 (twenty) business days’ notice of its intention to submit adverse information concerning the Customer to a credit bureau.
