Credit Requirement. (a) IDT recognizes and agrees that the BP Parties’ credit exposure to IDT with respect to outstanding Transactions entered into under the EEI Agreement, NAESB Agreement or ISDA Agreement herewith, is governed by this Agreement, the Master Netting Agreement and the Security Documents for managing xxxx-to-market exposures.
