Common use of Credit Risk Manager Clause in Contracts

Credit Risk Manager. The Servicer acknowledges and agrees that, under any Trust Agreement, a Credit Risk Manager may be required to provide certain credit risk management services as provided therein. If so, the Servicer hereby agrees to cooperate with the Credit Risk Manager in connection with all reasonable requests made by the Credit Risk Manager, including, without limitation, promptly providing copies of any servicing reports and remittance advices required under this Agreement to the Credit Risk Manager.
