Credit Support Document. (i) For Party A, the following is a Credit Support Document: the Credit Support Annex dated the date hereof (the “Credit Support Annex”) and duly executed and delivered by Party A and Party B and any Eligible Guarantee, if applicable.
(ii) For Party B, the following is a Credit Support Document: the Credit Support Annex.
Credit Support Document. In relation to Party A: Not Applicable. In relation to Party B: Not Applicable.
