Credit Union Liability for Failure to Make Transactions. If we do not complete a transfer to or from your account on time or in the correct amount according to our agreement with you, we may be liable for your losses or damages. However, we will not be liable for direct or consequential damages in the following events: Billing Errors - In case of errors or questions about electronic fund transfers from your share (savings) and share draft (checking) accounts or if you need more information about a transfer on the statement or receipt, contact us at the following number or send us a written notice to the following address as soon as you can. We must hear from you no later than sixty (60) days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem appears.
