Credit values. 31.5.1 One (1) semester unit of college or university study has a value of one (1) unit. 31.5.2 One (1) semester unit of community college study has a value of one (1) unit. 31.5.3 Fifteen (15) hours of adult school study has a value of one (1) unit. 31.5.4 Fifteen (15) hours of workshops, institutes, seminars, or conferences has a value of one (1) unit. 31.5.5 Twenty-five (25) hours of project, research, or independent study (a written report must be submitted upon completion of study to the Professional Growth Committee) has a value of one (1) unit.
