Credit Program. (a) Beginning as of the Closing Date, Bank shall (i) originate and issue new Private Label Accounts and issue new Private Label Credit Cards and (ii) originate and issue new Co-Branded Accounts and issue new Co-Branded Credit Cards, in each case, to Applicants that qualify for approval under the Program Risk Management Policies, and shall extend credit to such new Cardholders subject to the Program Risk Management Policies and otherwise in accordance with this Agreement.
(b) Bank shall continue to extend credit to existing Cardholders (and shall continue to offer existing credit lines at a minimum), subject to the Program Risk Management Policies, through the same type of Company Credit Card held by the existing Cardholder on the Closing Date (i.e., Co-Branded Credit Card Cardholders will continue to have a Co-Branded Credit Card and Private Label Credit Card Cardholders will continue to have a Private Label Credit Card). Bank shall not convert Private Label Credit Cards to Co-Branded Credit Cards or Co-Branded Credit Cards to Private Label Credit Cards, except as mutually agreed upon by the parties.
(c) Bank shall have the right, power and privilege to review periodically the creditworthiness of Cardholders to determine the credit limits to be made available to individual Cardholders and whether or not to suspend or terminate credit privileges of any Cardholder, in each case in accordance with the Program Risk Management Policies.
Credit Program. Beginning as of the Effective Date, Bank shall offer Private Label Credit Cards to qualified customers in accordance with this Agreement and the Credit Card Agreement.
Credit Program. (a) Beginning as of the Effective Date, Bank shall offer and issue the FDS Credit Cards (other than the Employee Accounts, which shall be offered and issued by FDS Bank and administered in accordance with this Agreement), and shall issue (or arrange to be issued by an Affiliate or another third party acceptable to FDS or currently offering such products on Bank's behalf) the Approved Ancillary Products. Bank shall promptly open a new Account and issue a new Private Label Credit Card or Co-Branded Credit Card with respect to each Credit Card Application approved in accordance with the Risk Management Policies.
(b) The credit program with respect to all Employee Accounts is set forth in Schedule 2.1(b).
(c) To the extent approved in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, in addition to the FDS Credit Cards and Approved Ancillary Products, the Program shall include such other Ancillary Products and other payment products as shall be incorporated in the Program in the future.

Credit Program. Beginning as of the Effective Date, Bank shall offer and issue the FDS Credit Cards, and shall issue (or arrange to be issued by an Affiliate or another third party acceptable to FDS or currently offering such products on Bank’s behalf) the Approved Ancillary Products. Bank shall promptly open a new Account and issue a new Private Label Credit Card or Co-Branded Credit Card with respect to each Credit Card Application approved in accordance with the Risk Management Policies. In addition, in the case of any employee of FDS or any of its Subsidiaries who applies for an FDS Credit Card but is not approved for a Private Label Account in accordance with the Risk Management Policies, Bank shall arrange for an Affiliate to offer, or cause to be offered, and Bank shall issue, or arrange for the issuance by an Affiliate of, a Prepaid Employee Account. To the extent approved in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, in addition to the FDS Credit Cards and Approved Ancillary Products, the Program shall include such other Ancillary Products and other payment products as shall be incorporated in the Program in the future.
Credit Program a. Recommend a policy for issuing credits and incentives for potential storm drain fee reductions.
Credit Program. During the period commencing [*] after delivery of the first Aircraft under the Purchase Agreement of which this is an Attachment and ending [*] after such delivery, Embraer will, [*] offer a credit for new and unused IP Spares manufactured by Embraer (i) which have been supplied by Embraer as IP Spares for the Aircraft subject of this Agreement and (ii) which are surplus to Buyer´s needs. Such credit may be used toward the purchase of Spares manufactured by Embraer, Technical Publications or Services (excluding training) offered by Embraer.
a.1 Exceptions: Embraer will not issue credits for IP Spares which were purchased by Buyer in excess to or differently from the IP Spares recommended in writing by Embraer to Buyer by the IPL as initial provisioning for the Aircraft and for IP Spares which have become obsolete or have been superseded by another part as a result of (i) Buyer’s modification of an Aircraft for which the IP Spares were purchased; (ii) Embraer design improvements (except for IP Spares which have become obsolete because of a defect in design); (iii) IP Spares which are shelf-life limited; (iv) damaged IP Spares; or (v) IP Spares that were not properly stored.
Credit Program. (a) Beginning as of the Effective Date, Bank shall offer Private Label Credit Cards to qualified customers in accordance with this Agreement and the Cardholder Agreement.
(b) Beginning as of the Effective Date, or such later date as shall be agreed by the Marketing Committee, the terms and conditions for new Accounts shall be those specified in Schedule 2.2 hereto.

(b) Company shall, and shall cause its Affiliates to, actively, prominently and frequently promote the Program in each Company Channel, as appropriate for such Company Channel and in consultation with Bank.
