CREDITS AND EXTENSIONS. (a) Granting of Credits and Extensions. Debtor may grant such Credits and such Extensions as are ordinary in the usual course of Debtor's business without the prior consent of Secured Party; provided, however, that any such Extension shall not extend the time for payment beyond thirty (30) days after the original due date as shown on the Invoice evidencing the related Receivable, or as computed based on the information set forth on such Invoice.
