CREW CONSIST. (1) The crew consist of a work train will be a Locomotive Engineer, Conductor and two Trainpersons, unless reduced under the terms of the Collective Agreement. (2) In wreck train service (road auxiliary service) a second Locomotive Engineer will be provided at locations to which relief cannot be readily supplied and where circumstances in which the hours on duty are known or expected to be extensive.
