CREW CONSIST. (a) Unless otherwise provided in this agreement, a train crew will consist of not less than a Conductor in all classes of service. (b) Wherever there exists a conflict between those clauses of the Collective Agreement which govern the operation of Cabooseless Conductor Only trains and those clauses which govern the operation of trains other than Cabooseless Conductor Only trains, the clauses governing Cabooseless Conductor Only trains shall take precedence.
