Crew Status a. If a pilot's crew status changes, he shall receive the pay rate for his new crew status upon activation. b. Notwithstanding Section 3.B.2.a., a pilot whose crew seat is restricted by the FAA regulated age shall be compensated at the pay rate for his new S/O crew status on the date he reaches the regulated age.
Crew Status. 1. A Pilot who is subject to a crew status freeze in accordance with Article 11. shall be released from that freeze if he is involuntarily excessed or furloughed from the crew status in which he is frozen or can no longer hold that crew status due to legal restrictions. 2. Notwithstanding other provisions of Article 11., a Pilot may be assigned or awarded a crew status that he is otherwise “permanently ineligible” to hold if that crew status is the only crew status he could hold. 3. Nothing herein shall restrict deviation from the rules by mutual agreement between the Pilot and the Company where such deviation will aid or benefit the Pilot in completing any training requirement. 4. All Pilots assigned to equipment domiciles with International scheduled over water flying shall, at their option, be over water and LRN/GPS qualified within six (6) months of such assignment. 5. Performance evaluations in a simulator or an aircraft will only be performed by Company personnel that are qualified FAA designated Check Airmen.

  • Travel Status Travel by an employee, outside the College region on College business, where authorization for such travel has been requested in advance on the appropriate form, and approved by the College.

  • Shell Status The Company represents that it is not a “shell” issuer and has never been a “shell” issuer, or that if it previously has been a “shell” issuer, that at least twelve (12) months have passed since the Company has reported Form 10 type information indicating that it is no longer a “shell” issuer. Further, the Company will instruct its counsel to either (i) write a 144- 3(a)(9) opinion to allow for salability of the Conversion Shares or (ii) accept such opinion from Holder’s counsel.

  • Contractor’s Status At all times during the Contract Period the Contractor shall be an independent contractor and nothing in the Contract shall create a contract of employment, a relationship of agency or partnership or a joint venture between the Parties and accordingly neither Party shall be authorised to act in the name of, or on behalf of, or otherwise bind the other Party save as expressly permitted by the terms of the Contract.

  • Pay Status An aggrieved employee and the Union Delegate shall be in a pay status during those working hours in which a grievance, a grievance mediation, or an arbitration hearing is held. Release time for additional employee representation shall be subject to approval by the Labor Relations Officer or designee when a group grievance is filed.
