Criminal Acts of Third Parties. Landlord, its agents and employees shall not be liable in any manner to Tenant, its agents, employees, licensees or invitees for any injury or damage to Tenant, Tenant’s agents, employees, licensees or invitees or their property caused by the criminal or intentional misconduct of third parties unless such injury or damage is the proximate result of Landlord’s breach of any term or provision of this Lease.
