The Crisis Support clause establishes the obligations and procedures for providing assistance during emergencies or critical incidents affecting one or more parties. Typically, this clause outlines the types of support available, such as access to counseling services, emergency contacts, or temporary adjustments to work arrangements, and may specify how and when such support can be requested. Its core function is to ensure that parties have clear access to necessary resources and support during times of crisis, thereby promoting safety, well-being, and continuity of operations.
Crisis Support. CONTRACTOR upon request from community members, schools, or 4 agencies shall offer immediate support and resource Referrals to survivor(s) coping with any form of 5 suicide attempt. Support can include crisis phone support, face-to-face meetings, or debriefing sessions 6 with individuals, family members, students, teachers, agency or school staff, or any other community 7 member or organization affected by a suicide attempt.

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS) 47.1. Embarq will offer unbundled access to Embarq’s operations support systems to the extent technically feasible in a non-discriminatory manner at Parity. OSS consists of pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing functions supported by Embarq’s databases and information. The OSS element includes access to all loop qualification information contained in Embarq’s databases or other records, including information on whether a particular loop is capable of providing advanced services.

  • Verizon Operations Support Systems Verizon systems for pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing.

  • CLAIMS SUPPORT The Board shall complete and submit the Trust Plan Administrator’s Waiver of Life Insurance Premium Plan Administrator Statement to the Trust Plan Administrator for life waiver claims when the Trust Plan Administrator does not administer and adjudicate the LTD benefits.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.
