Criteria for Full-Pay Benefit. In order to be considered for this injury-in-line-of-duty benefit, the following conditions must be met: A. The employee must provide written testimony or evidence that his injury was received in the line of duty. B. The employee must file a written claim as outlined below: An employee who has a claim for compensation while absent because of injury on-the-job as described in Section 1 shall file a claim with his department head on the form provided by the City.
