USE OF TOBACCO. The Lessee shall not permit or cause to permit the use of any tobacco products, including, but not limited to, smoking, including, but not limited to, e-cigarettes or any similar product or device, in, or on, any part of the Premises.
USE OF TOBACCO. Employees hired on or after June 1, 2014 and who utilize tobacco-based products shall be required to pay $100 per month toward the cost of the employee's health insurance premiums.
USE OF TOBACCO. As a condition of employment, bargaining unit members hired on or after July 1, 1997, shall abstain from the use of cigarettes, pipes, snuff and chewing tobacco at all times, on and off duty. As a condition of employment, bargaining unit members hired on or after July 1, 2002 shall abstain from all tobacco products at all times, on and off duty.
USE OF TOBACCO. It is the policy of School District No. 9 that all school facilities, vehicles and grounds are to be totally tobacco free.
USE OF TOBACCO. Any new employee hired after July 1, 1997 shall not use tobacco products of any kind during working or non-working hours. Use of any type of tobacco product by such employee may result in disciplinary action including suspension or discharge from employment.
USE OF TOBACCO. Tenant understands and voluntarily agrees that the smoking or use of tobacco in any form and at any time is not allowed on or near the Premises in accordance with this Addendum.
USE OF TOBACCO. Department personnel shall not smoke or chew tobacco when they: (1) are in formation, (2) have to leave their assignment or post for the sole purpose of doing so, (3) are engaged in traffic control or direction, or (4) are dealing in person with the public. Smoking at all other times will be in compliance with all applicable City and County smoking ordinances.
USE OF TOBACCO. Employees shall not use any type of tobacco product within the station structures or any other Fire Department buildings, or in any city owned vehicles, apparatus or equipment.
USE OF TOBACCO. Smoking or the chewing of a tobacco product on Bedford Public Schools property, and/or in Bedford Public Schools vehicles, on a structure or real estate owned, lease, or otherwise controlled by the Bedford District, shall not be permitted at any time.
USE OF TOBACCO. Section 32.1 Smoking or use of tobacco products is prohibited inside any Department facility or vehicle, including but not limited to apparatus bays. No smoking or use of any tobacco product by any bargaining unit employee will be permitted at any time in these areas.
